Bhajagovindam:- Slogam-2&3

------------------------------------------------------------------/

Slogam 2 is about kanchanam[wealth] and Slogam 3 is about kamini[women]

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------/

The mankind's thirst and clinging attachments towards these kanchanam and kamini is highlighted. Here Swami Sankaracharya's aim is not disregard wealth[Lakshmi] and woman[Sakthi/Parvathy]. Swamiji just declared the TRUTH only.

It is natural that the clinging attachments towards kanchanam and kamini. All average humanbeings equally desire two things 1.amassing wealth, 2.maximum indulge in sex and satisfaction.

All living things move towards the single aim of acieving peace and satisfaction. Removal of sorrow and gaining of happinessis the normal thought of all,  which makes them engaged in karma continuosly.

To escape from the fear, unstability, anxiety, like; the enemies attack people run behind wealth. But they do not know that there is no end for their thirst . Once a person gain security and wealth, next his/her thirst will be for POWER. Thereafter SEX for his/her greed, and run behind it.

Sankaracharya warns, not to take in wrong sense. Here Swami wants to show the natural attraction between man and woman is comman and it is biological and natures necessity.

But a greedy thirst in any way ends in sorrow and pain. Both man and woman fall into sufferings together if they are not  conscious that their relationship should be natural and biological need.Over indulge  and loss of vital energy which is necessary for karthvya karma is highlighted by swami.Men and women relationship must be pure, holy, and under control.
This is possible to them who have commonsense, but is not possible to animals. This is the supreme quality of  mankind.

In the early stages of Upasanait is difficult for Sadakan[seeker] to follow, after some time of sincere and honest practice person may succeed, but it takes time, proceed slowly.
HURRY IS HARMFUL IN ATMEEYAM.
