1.Seek first the spiritual kingdom within you.

2. Realise fully the message of the unity of life and the divine purpose behind it.

3. Stick to the fundamental principles of a noble life. Re-orient them to suit the changing times and conditions.

4.Never compromise on your fundamental principles.

5. Unfold all the latent potentialities of your soul through leading the Divine Life.

6. Escape from the world is not the solution, but freedom from worldliness.

7. Live in agreement with Nature. Use your discriminative faculty. You will be happy, healthy and wise.

8. Swerve not from the path, whatever be the distractions and unfavourable circumstances which you may have to face. Be rooted in the ideal. The struggle may be difficult in the beginning,  but later you will reap a rich harvest.

9. Allow not wealth to harden your heart. It should be utilised for the good of others.

10. Be a servant of the poor, a lover of the poor, a devotee of the poor, a brother of the poor, a helper of the poor, a healer of the poor. Your life will be blessed.

11. The greedy, the proud and the covetous have no peace. The contented and the humble enjoy the blessing of peace.

12. Give; charity creates the feeling of oneness.

13. Give a little of cold water to the thirsty; give a few grains of food to the hungry; speak a few kind words to the afflicted. The Lord will bless you.

14. Seek to live with all in love and kindness, for who knows where or in what guise will the Lord Himself come to you?

15. Be a friend to the animals; serve the animals. The Lord dwells in all creatures.

16. If you can always remember that God is watching all your thoughts and actions, you will not entertain evil thoughts or do evil actions.

17. Whatever you eat or drink, or whatever you do, offer it first to the Lord.

18. Cooperate with the divine forces, and work for the promotion of peace and harmony
.
19. Be not dogmatic and fanatic; be catholic, broad minded, tolerant and all-inclusive.
